Upon first mix it seemed the Soho may have been too high. However, after 10 days the FLV Coffee gains its strength and the FA Catalan Cream develops which marries perfectly with the Soho.
This is a good mix for the coffee fan who wants a little flavor, but not cappaccino flavor where the coffee is basically in the background.
FLV coffee could be adjusted up to make it more coffee dominant. However, for my tastes and goals this is right on the money. Unmistakeabley coffee without coffee taking over.
Sweeten to taste. Steep time based on Catalan Cream.
