Banana Custard from VTA makes the main base for this flavour, a very good standalone banana custard with some slight under ripe banana notes pushed up to 5% for this mix to provide a solid base to build off.
WF Banana Puree enhances the banana from the VTA and adds some ripe notes and mouthfeel, used at 1.5% to not become overwhelming and push the banana too far into puree.
custard Premium at 2.5% serves to enhance the custard and add a thicker mouthfeel with a pleasant buttery vanilla custard.
WF (SC) Vanilla Custard adds further buttery richness and a very pleasant richness and creaminess to the mix
Vanilla Swirl used to blend the flavours together as well as add a deeper vanilla note to the mix
Cotton Candy (EM) used to add some sweetness and knock some of the top notes off the banana to ensure it blends into the mix not sit on top of it
