Shane at VSO list's his Oatmeal as a cooked, unsweetened(blank slate) to build upon, so this is how I built it. Golden Butter added the greasiness in the 'broth' of a bowl of hot instant oatmeal. Trying to recognize some body in the Oatmeal itself, I worked from 3 to 4%, getting what I needed at 5%. On a tip from @marsh8 the Red Dates(low) pushed the raisin from more of a fig, and gave me a really authentic taste. The baked note I get from SSA-Shortbread Biscuit was used to both bring out the 'cooked' aspect of the oatmeal, and also give it a bit more texture. Purilum's Super Sweet has a nice sugary taste, and what's a bowl of hot oatmeal without a scoop of sugar!
This mix settled pretty quickly after homogenizing with the GC, so I'm guessing about a week to steep, maybe a bit longer.
