So, this one was put together kind of quickly. It was meant to be my farewell offering, as, well, we were going to be history here at VC. Thankfully that didn't happen!
Full disclosure, I do not like Fruit Cake, and thus, have probably only tried it twice in my life! Anyway, after running through many tanks full, I decided to put it up, here.

The Corn Bread and Yellow Cake constitute the bakery base. The Cantaloupe, though not typically found in this type of recipe, and actually being a veggie, did combine quite well with the Cherry, Apple, and Fig to push the unique flavor of this loaf. Crumble Topping went in because I like it, hehe! The Cream was used on the low side, to bulk up the cake base. And lastly, Purilums Super Sweet worked well, a bit on the high side, to help make the fruit pop.  Happy 'belated' Holidays!
