It’s a Jelly

Modeled after a discontinued One Shot from Nom Nomz called Jax’s Raspberry Donut. It’s a delicious fried donut with a sweet raspberry jelly filling and a heavenly coating of powdered sugar. 

With the original one shot,  I picked up on several flavors that just stood out for me. The first was FA’s Raspberry which stands out to me as the main flavor of the raspberry jam. I paired it with OOO’s Strawberry Jam for it’s syrupy sweet flavor that helps create a perfect jam base for the raspberry. 

The second flavor that I picked out was FA’s WoW,  it’s distinctive doughnut flavor stood out right away. I also know that it pairs really well with FA Zeppola and Cap Sugar Cookie for a great doughnut base. 

I added a lot of OOO Powdered Sugar to boost the powdered sugar flavor and to add sweetness.
