The Rich Cinnamon in this mix can make or break - use too much and it will be shite. If using the needle-tip Flavorah bottle, 1 drop per 60ml should be perfect.
CAP Vanilla Custard is the main steeper here...minimum 3 weeks. Even when using a homogenizer, VC will continue to develop over time. But it's worth it. In fact this recipe could have the VC bumped up a bit. But if you're looking for a bit richer, eggier note I would recommend INW Creme Brulee in the 0.2% range. Even TPA's Vanilla Custard would impart some goodness to this if used low.
Bottom line is this is one recipe which does require the time to sit before becoming really good. 3-4 weeks whether homogenizing or not is key.
