This started with my wife wanting me to clone her favourite juice... Well that journey lasted all of about 3 seconds til I convinced her that it was incredibly difficult for an experienced mixer to clone a commercial juice, so as a complete newbie to this, what chance did I have?
In the end, I managed (I think) to create something tasty that hit her desired flavour profile, and I think is better than her fav...
Any critiques/suggestions for improvement would be greatfully received!
