Fa Pear added at 0.4% to add a subtle sweetness and juicy note to the fruits as i didnt wamt this mix to have a dry mouthfeel. Liquid amber used to impart the cider notes. Fuji apple added for a subtle apple background Forest Mix used at 3% to be the main note and to give that 'dark' fruits taste TFA Champagne used to give a carbonated effect.

It tastes exactly like I knew it would. Rich dark berry apple cider. I had to sub Wine Champagne (FA) @ 1.5% for TFA, but it works for sure! The Forest Fruit is carried through the apple into a dark berry flavor that I haven't gotten from forest fruit in the past. To me, Forest fruit usually tastes like peach gummy rings. In this mix, I love the dark berry that sits atop the apple cider and finishes with an effervesce from the champagne that really drives this home. Sherlock made excellent use of the Liquid amber which really adds to the cider vibe I get from this mix and layers perfectly with the apple. Well done
