This is a light whispy cookie treat with apple accents on the tail end of the exhale. I was wanting to put something together that was sweet and simple. Cookie being the star of the show on the top note with a hearty macaroon cookie flavor in the midrange. Good off the shake, and of course the steep will eventually make the cookie more prevalant and thicken things out a bit. I currently have the sweetener at 1%, but I actually took it up to 1.5% because I liked what the sweetener was doing in this mix. Apple pie filling can be pretty rough on a mix! I have it at .25% which is about 2 drops every 60ml. Pretty interesting flavor to say the least! Enjoy!
