I know! It's been forever since I dropped a recipe. Don't think I have stopped mixing, I am only too busy for my own good, and last mix session I did, I made way too much juice. Yes, there is such a thing.

Time permitted, I will work on posting up what all I have mixed and share with everyone. This smoothie, is only the first! :) This one I just have to share, and I did add .4% ICE FLV to mine.

The taste is just good. Upfront you get the fruit mix, the red grapefruit, and the pineapple mingle with the basil and lime, while dipping into the smoothie base on the exhale. The ice chills it for me, and it's been a heavy go to these last few weeks. Something about that smoothie base, if you push it too high, it can become on the edge of a powdery back note, so if you notice that happening, drop the amount down to 1.2% or even 1%. For me, I don't taste it, but feedback from others, some will.

The fruits.. If you feel it's a bit much, lower the fruit amounts. I really tried now to get too crazy with this, but there are so many ways to make a delish smoothie.. play around, you might be surprised!

Steep time: 12-14 days

Till next time!
