This dessert is a Hazelnut biscuit, sprinkled with brown sugar and topped with tropical fruit chunks.
I wanted to make the sweet and dark Hazelnut biscuit the main profile with the mango and sweet guava an accent on the top end.
The Cap Glazed doughnut has been kept low to give the biscuit just a hint of playdough that everyone is searching for in their bakery profiles!!! ....for the record I HATE this concentrate.
