Originally titled “Artful Dodger” this jammy dodger recipe is a milky buttery sandwich of shortbread biscuits sitting either side of a sweet raspberry jam.
Let me talk you through why and how…CAP sugar cookie, OOO golden sponge cake and JF biscuit make up the main element of the shortbread only made more convincing by being molested with a touch of FA milk. You can use this shortbread base anywhere you like and you are welcome 😉
The jam is real simple, VTA raspberry jam is superb and OOO strawberry jam just gives it a bit more authenticity without adding that chunky strawberry jam feel and sits under the raspberry just giving it a slightly sticky feel.
