A creamy strawberry 'milkshake' with a slight twist.

This is delicious after a few days steep but does get a much better mouthfeel after 2 weeks.

The only strawberry is Strawberry Gummy Candy, an excellent strawberry flavour that for me tastes like strawberry quik powder when mixed with the right dairy flavours, used here at 1.75% to ensure it's strong enough to pop over the Strawberry Cheesecake.

The strawberry Cheesecake at 2.5% supports the Gummy Candy with it's own strawberry and adds depth as well as using the cheesecake notes to thicken up the dairy base.

Boysenberry Rasperry used to help "pop" the Strawberry as well as to give a little syrupy vibe, used at 0.5% it just pops that strawberry and gives depth without imparting too much of it's own flavour.

The dairy is made up of WF Vanilla Ice cream for it's silky vanilla tones and dairy cream notes at 2.5%, Hollandaise cream to add a slight dairy tang and thicken up along with the cheesecake part from Strawberry cheesecake.

Philadelphia buttercake at 0.5% texturises slightly and thickens up the mouthfeel as well as providing low butter notes to the dairy portion.

Finally 0.75% Super Sweet elevates the sweetness to more of a commercial type feel, however feel free to change sweetener for your own personal tastes.
