Love cannoli recipies! Been working on several, and decided- Why not deep fry it in eliquid form?? After playing around with the idea for a bit, and putting the puzzle pieces together, I think I have a pretty solid banger. Love the way the sugar cone and waffle cone work together in the right circumstances! Along with the WF Deep Fried Pastry Dough, the existing AP in the Vanilla Cookie just gives it that nice carnival/funnel cake type of finish. Was toying with the idea of (OOO)Powdered Sugar and some type of cream oreo type of filling, but I felt as though it detracted from the actual profile I was aiming for. The Pistachio comes through nice and strong while the ice cream seals the deal. Sugar lips and exhale on the finish.
