Have recently fell in love with lime and lemon vapes, so looking to develop a lemon and lime cheesecake. This batch is the first version so will see how this works out.
On testing this I found the lime was forward with the lemon coming in later but too faintly. I will add a little to the lemon to bring forward and see how this works. The base was hardly there at all although the mouthfeel to the recipe was most definetly cheesecake.
Dropping the White Chocolate it does nothing.
