My current ADV all day everyday. It started out as a one shot on Chefs Flavors, created by the amazing Claire Collin’s. It’s hard to describe what it is exactly some that have tried it say it’s a butter rum custard. It was originally described as a warm milk with rum and spices. I just describe it as my favorite. 
A Min of two week steep when fresh to allow the Rich cinnamon to settle.
