The ONLY Ice Creams we had left in the house today were my wife's Deluxe Chocolate, and Black Label Coffee from Aldi's. While sampling this madhouse combo, I couldn't NOT not try and mix it up. I may tweak this one slightly, but so far, it's pretty damned good.
Sobucky's clean VIC, fattened up by some of Liquid Barn's more dirty (nom nom) buttery rich VIC. The Chocolate and Coffee were started out with the Super delicious Sobucky Mocca Coffee, followed up with some Flavorah Rock and Road, and further nudged with a pinch of Vape Train Australia's Coffee Liqueur. I topped off the Choco note with just 0.4% of the top shelf Medicine Flower Dark Chocolate, and a smidge of Flavor Art Marshmallow as a rounder. I may have ACTUALLY gone too low with 0.5% Capella Super Sweet, as often times some chocos need a bit of sweet to open up your flavor receptors !!!!!!
Even with 7 flavors, it still comes in at the fairly low 9.5% weight. The trick here is/was to make it a convincing Chocolate Ice Cream, not an Ice Cream with a chocolate topping.
I'm not even a huge chocolate ice cream fan, but after mixing up the two profiles IRL, it was surprisingly good.
